How a call becomes a debrief

Recorded, delivered, sorted, scored, then written up. The rep presses nothing.

The journey of one call

The rep does one thing: runs the call with their recorder on.

  1. Fathom sends us the transcript

As soon as the recording is processed, it arrives here. No file to upload, no button to press.

  2. A first pass checks it is really a sales call

Standups, training, practice runs and customer-success chats are archived automatically with the reason attached, and never scored. You can still open them.

  3. The same pass picks the call type

Discovery, demo, closing, follow-up, or your own. The type changes how the call is weighted, so it matters. You can correct it.

  4. The call is scored

Eight categories, each out of ten, each with a quote from the transcript. Plus the objections raised and the headline takeaways.

This part usually lands within about half a minute, so the rep has something before their next dial.

  5. A written coaching review fills in behind it

The long-form review is written in parallel, section by section. Open the call early and you will watch it arrive.

  6. Work is created from it

The prospect gets a contact record. Promises become dated tasks. A follow-up is scheduled for the right working day.

All of it appears on the dashboard.

Nothing analyses without an Anthropic key

The analysis runs on Anthropic's Claude models, and each workspace pays for its own usage with its own key.

That is deliberate, not a limitation waiting to be lifted:

  • Your call data stays on your own Anthropic account.
  • The price of the product is not padded with somebody else's inference bill.

It is also the most common reason a new workspace looks broken. Step one of Setting up a workspace.
