Every day
The surfaces a rep, a setter or a manager actually works in.
- Calls and debriefsThe list is the record. The debrief is where a rep actually learns something.
- Your day and your metricsTwo tabs. Today is the work in front of you. Metrics is whether it is working.
- ContactsOne record per prospect, holding every call with them and everything learned.
- LeadsThe outbound half: prospects a setter works by hand, whatever channel they came from, then promotes.
Setting the rules
