Settings
Five pages, sorted by scope: yours, the workspace's plumbing, how the team operates, money.

The five pages
Each page can be described in one sentence, and each page is a single permission tier.
That second part is the useful one: you can answer "what can a manager change?" by looking at the menu.
| Page | In one sentence | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Preferences | Only affects you | Any member |
| Integrations | Third-party accounts the workspace connects | Owner, admin |
| Automations | When something happens here, send it somewhere else | Owner, admin |
| Sales | How the team operates | Manager and above |
| Billing | Money | Owner acts, admin reads |
Preferences
Your Fathom connection, your timezone, and your typical call length. Nothing here changes what anybody else sees.
Fathom sits here rather than under Integrations because the connection is yours personally: you connect your own account so your own calls arrive.
Timezone is the consequential one. It sets your day boundary, and therefore your dashboard, your planner, and when follow-ups come due.
Integrations
Two cards, in dependency order.
Anthropic is first because nothing analyses without it. See the key.
GoHighLevel is second and is enrichment. It matches calls to your existing contacts and brings scheduled appointments onto the dashboard.
Automations
Signed HTTPS webhooks fanned out to any URL: Zapier's Catch Webhook, Make's Custom Webhook, or your own endpoint.
Plus a dedicated hook that fires when somebody submits their end-of-day report.
Sales
The outbound lead settings: the daily target, the backlog threshold that pauses sourcing, the targeting, and the tone of the message. These are the only settings a manager can edit, which is what earns this page its own tier.
Call types are not here any more. They live on the Playbook, under How we grade calls, as one card per type holding its name, colour, order, archive control and both grading answers. This page keeps a card naming that tab and a button that opens it.
Nothing about who can change a call type moved with it. A manager still names, recolours, reorders and archives them; the two answers that steer grading are still owner and admin. See The two tabs.
The old /settings/call-categories address still works and redirects here.
Billing
Covered in its own chapter: Trials, seats and billing.
